Return Policy

Returns:

Items may be returned to VisAbility Online within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Returned items must be in "like new" condition, in its original factory packaging, and free of personal markings.

* No refunds on shipping charges, computer software, demo, and clearance items.

* No returns on hygienic items,
as noted in product descriptions and packaging.

* Items without original packaging and instructions will be refunded minus 25% of original purchase price, or may be refused.

Please include the following information with a return:

* Original order number and date of purchase.

* Customer name, email address and shipping address.

* Reason for return (i.e. wrong size, damaged in transit, defective product, changed mind, etc) and whether a return or exchange is preferred.

The VisAbility Store Online will only return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. This includes items damaged in transit, defective products, or in the case an incorrect item was shipped. All other reasons for a return or exchange will not result in a refund of shipping fees.

Returns are processed within approximately 2 business days of receiving the returned order. We suggest shipping return merchandise by a resource that offers shipping insurance and tracking capabilities. Items returned by other means or that are lost or damaged in transit remain the customers responsibility. (We do not accept C.O.D.s).

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed on all merchandise that is considered “like new”; i.e. merchandise that has not been worn, used or damaged in any way, or removed from its plastic wrapping if applicable. Once an exchange is received by the VisAbility Store Online, the original order will be returned in our system and the customer’s card will be credited back the order total, minus any applicable shipping charges. The customer will then be prompted to place another order online which will ensure that the replacement item is available and in stock.
